Place an order:
Once you have placed all of your desired items in the shopping cart, you can proceed to check out. The checkout process is easy and straightforward. Simply provide your delivery address, select your payment method, and review your order details. Once you are satisfied with the order, click to confirm and place the order. Your items will then be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Return products:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. Costs for returning from your home to Passie Candles are for your own account.

Always send the products to Passie Candles with sufficient postage. We will not accept products that are not sufficiently stamped or that are offered cash on delivery. Please note that the product must be unused and in its original packaging for us to process the refund. We recommend returning the product via a tracking service, as Passie Candles is not responsible for any items that are lost in transit.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@passiecandles.com.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
